Shipping policy

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Belgium and other EU destinations. [Confirm exact list once Shopify Markets is configured.]

Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery within Belgium typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday; we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates
Standard delivery: €6.50. Orders over €35 qualify for free standard shipping. Exact shipping costs are calculated and confirmed at checkout.

Duties and Taxes
For EU customers, all applicable VAT is included in the final price shown at checkout. No additional customs fees apply for deliveries within the EU.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@enerchidrinks.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage.

Delivery times are estimates. If a delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control (see Force majeure in our Terms & Conditions), we will keep you informed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
